Carson Rhodes

Carson Rhodes still remembers how quiet a tree stand gets right before first light. He grew up hunting leased ground around Gothenburg, spending most of his time in a stand or a blind before he ever thought about selling land for a living. That time outdoors taught him to read a property for what it actually offers: cover, access, the features that matter once season opens.

His family has its own history in the ground, too. Generations of Carson's family worked cropland, and growing up around that gave him some exposure to what it takes to keep ground productive year after year. Between that and his time hunting, he's got a feel for what makes a property valuable beyond just the price per acre.

That patience shows up in how he works with buyers. Carson pays close attention to the moment most agents rush past: the first conversation with someone who doesn't know what to expect. Financing, inspections, offers, the stack of paperwork nobody explains ahead of time. He slows down for it, walks through each step, and makes sure the process feels normal instead of intimidating.

He works both sides of the business across Nebraska, land and home, and brings the same standard to each. A hunting property gets evaluated for cover, access, and the features that actually matter come season. A farm or ranch gets the same attention paid to soil, water, and long-term productivity. A first home gets the same care, minus the deer sign.

Carson lives in Gothenburg with his wife, Destiney, and their two dogs. When he's not with clients, he's usually back outdoors, hunting or putting in time on family ground.

If you're buying your first home, looking at Nebraska farmland, ranch land, or recreational property, or just have questions, Carson would rather talk it through than sell you on it. Reach out anytime, ready to move or not.
